Cardio Dance Class

Dance your way into fitness!  This dance-based cardio class is designed to burn calories, build muscle, and improve respiratory endurance while having fun!  Incorporates a variety of low to medium-impact aerobic exercises while dancing to trendy music.  Easy to follow and made for EVERYONE!  Classes will be held Wednesdays from 6:30pm-7:30pm starting November 2nd.
