Angela is a Bay Area native from a family of six kids. When she took her first yoga class and meditation, she knew she'd found her purpose and passion. The practice of mindful movement and breath awareness calms her and brings her peace, a feeling she loves sharing with others. She enjoys helping people reach a more peaceful and relaxed state, allowing them to become more present in everyday life.
Angela received her 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher certificate from the College of San Mateo in Spring 2020. She now teaches a variety of yoga and meditation classes.
