Angie’s goal with every class experience is to help people find joy in movement. Her love of music and obsession with choreography inspired the creation of GROOVE, a high-energy, cardio-dance class with a saucy vibe.
Angie's workouts are challenging, fun and addictive. Every class is different, but the result is always the same: students leave feeling strong, sweaty and inspired.
Angie carries professional certifications with The American Council on Exercise (ACE) and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). In addition to personal training, she teaches both virtual and in-person classes.

“My 8-year-old dream was to be a dance choreographer. I would follow music videos until I got the moves 'just right.' Janet Jackson and Paula Abdul were my favorites. We had floor seats at one of Janet’s concerts when I was in junior high. I recognized one of her choreographers standing off to the side and ran up to meet him. Random highlight of my life!”
